MJJC Australia partners with reputable courier partners Australia Post & Sendle.

 

Shipping Address

Unfortunately, our courier partners DO NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes.

A Physical Address, Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect is required for deliveries.

For Parcel Locker & Parcel Collect deliveries, please ensure the locker identification numbers are correct.

If Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect is your choice of receiving your orders, MJJC Australia will NOT be responsible for missing parcels.

We will however continue to work with our courier partners for a resolution.

 

Order Processing times

1 - 3 business days excluding Public or Regional holidays.

In the event of any unforeseen delays, an email will be sent to offer an alternative resolution or full refund.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is successfully processed, a tracking reference will be emailed for tracking convenience.

Via our courier partner's tracking portal, all parcel status & location would be available. 

 

Expected Delivery Time

All Delivery dates and times are only estimates provided by third-party service providers (Postal and Courier service) .

In most circumstances, your orders will be delivered between 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for postage to Remote locations.

 

Delivery Delays

Once your parcel has been lodged with our courier partners, we are unable to control the status of the delivery.

We do however continue to monitor and track all parcels through our courier partner's tracking portal.

If unexpected delays are identified in the tracking portal, we will lodge a case with our courier partners.

Parcel delays with be dependent on their response as we no control of the circumstances.

If & once our courier partner confirms that the parcel is 'Lost in transit', MJJC Australia will ship out a new order immediately at no additional cost.

Due to the increased demand and interruptions with Postage and Courier services, some delays are expected especially to the lead up to the busy and festive period.

Your kind patience is very much appreciated.

 

Pre-Orders

In the event the item is out of stock, a Pre-Order will be accepted with an indicative time frame for fulfillment. 

Once the item is restocked and available, we will immediately ship out your order.
