Refund policy

When you receive your order

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Where goods are damaged or defective upon delivery, kindly provide us photographic evidence of the damage for us to make claims with the third-party shipping service.

We offer a 30-day return policy covered under the Australian Consumer Law, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. However, we do not offer a 'Change of Mind' refund.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be posted back to us in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. An official receipt is required to present a proof of purchase.

Please include:

  1. Proof of purchase (Official Invoice or Receipt)
  2. Details of the defect/damage in relation to which you are making a Return or Refund
  3. Photo/Video evidence of the defect/damage
  4. Choice of resolution (Refund/Exchange)

Once your return is accepted, we will initiate the process. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Return and Refunds

We only offer exchanges and refunds if the items are damaged, defective, doesn't work reasonably as described or is significantly different from the product images and description.

Please note that we DO NOT offer 'Price Match' (if you found a cheaper alternative else where) or 'Change of Mind' refunds.

Refunds (If applicable)
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email of receipt. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that the lead time for refund will be dependent on your payment method or bank.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For Order Cancellation after an order is placed and while processing, a full refund will be made with a deduction of between $5.00 - $10.00 from the total payment made.

*This deduction is not a penalty. MJJC Australia is charged a percentage fee by payment merchants for payments received & will not receive full reimbursement for Refunds.


Exchanges (If applicable)

We only offer exchanges if the items are damaged or defective.
In the event your chosen adapter/connector for your pressure washer in your initial order is not compatible, we will gladly exchange the adapter/connector for you. However, please note that the return postage and exchange postage will be borne by the customer. 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you require, kindly make a new order and rest assured a refund will processed immediately once we receive & inspected the returned items.

Due to high postage costs, please note that postage cost for returns and exchange including postage for replacement items will be borne by the customer. Postage cost is strictly non-refundable and in the event of a refund, the initial postage cost of your order will be excluded.

Depending on your location, the turn-around time for your exchange or refunds will be dependent on the courier or post service.

It is advisable to include tracking and insurance for your returns in the event we do not receive the returned item.
