Is the MJJC Snow Foam Cannon Pro V2 compatible with my pressure washer?

MJJC has a wide variety of adapters to connect to most common electric & petrol brand pressure washers. If unsure, kindly email us at info@mjjc.com.au with details of your pressure washer brand & model including images of the connections between the pressure washer trigger gun & spray wand. We will not be responsible for wrong foam cannon adapter orders. However, we do allow adapter exchanges if the adapter is unused & is in its original condition. Shipping & returns for exchanges will be at the buyer's expense. 

 

 

 

To produce 'Shaving Cream' thick snow foam, do I need a specific shampoo?

Although any vehicle wash shampoo can be used, we do recommend using a Snow Foam shampoo to achieve 'Shaving Cream' thick foam & to optimize the potential of the foam cannon.

How do i benefit from 'Shaving Cream' thick snow foam when i wash my vehicle?

Thick snow foam through the shampoo's lubricity will remove dirt & residue from the vehicle paint before any contact washing is done. With thicker foam, the dwell time allows your shampoo to remove more residue and avoid scratches or swirls on your vehicle paint.

 

 

I have a low powered pressure washer, can I still use the foam cannon & will it still produce 'Shaving Cream' thick foam?

Yes, included in the box is a 1.1mm orifice which can be used to replace the pre-installed 1.25mm orifice. With the smaller orifice, you will still be able to achieve 'Shaving Cream' thick snow foam.

 

 

I don't require foam that is too thick because I am after a more cost effective vehicle wash. Can I control the foam thickness?

Absolutely, the black foam control knob on the top of the lance controls the thickness of the foam output. Turn it clockwise to increase thickness & anti-clockwise to have a higher water to shampoo ratio which consumes less shampoo. This will make vehicle washes much more cost effective even while foaming with maximum thickness already at reasonable cost.

 

 

Can I control the spray pattern of the foam cannon, from 'spot spray' on my wheels to 'wide fan spray' for the body of the vehicle?

Absolutely, the Black turn knob at the end of the lance adjusts the spray pattern from 'Spot Spray' to 'Wide Fan Spray' so that you can target different areas of your vehicle.

 

 

I can't spray the roof of my vehicle with vertical spray pattern, can I change it to horizontal spray?

Absolutely, the Red turn knob on the lance controls the spray pattern 360° spray nozzle achieving either vertically or horizontally spray choices.

 

 

Foam shampoo is not dispensed when I tilt the bottle which the bottle is not full with shampoo.

MJJC Snow Foam Cannon Pro V2 comes with a suction tube that attaches to a 'gravity ball'. The gravity ball not only filters solution before it enters the lance, it also functions to mix the shampoo and water before use. The gravity ball will be position in every corner of the bottle and therefore dispensing the very last drop of shampoo.

 

 

How is the quality of the foam cannon's connectors? Poor connectors result in leaks & inability to produce optimum foam without pressure.

MJJC foam cannon lance is manufactured with high quality materials which last longer. The lance connectors are made of brass & requires NO PTFE tape or glue to secure the threads. The connectors are leak-proof. As for the bottle, plastic threads allows the bottle to be securely screwed on & is also leak-proof.

 

 

Do I need a funnel to fill the bottle with shampoo? Do I need a measuring cup to measuring the shampoo to water ratio?

Absolutely NOT, while other foam cannons with small openings require a funnel when filling expensive shampoo, MJJC bottles have a wide mouth opening measuring 5cm in diameter making filling shampoo a breeze. To make it even more convenient, the bottle comes with indented measuring grooves. The capacity of the bottle is 1,200ml & the measurements grooves indicates up to 1,000ml. Most shampoo ratio is 1:9, therefore makes it more convenient to prepare your solution before using the foam cannon.

 

 

I always have issues holding or unscrewing the bottle with slippery soapy hands & the bottle always topple over when i switch to using the trigger gun to rinse my vehicle.

MJJC Snow Foam Cannon Pro V2 is ergonomically designed for convenience. The bottle has a wide base with indentations for better grip with slippery hands if you need to unscrew the bottle from the lance.

 

 

Besides using it on a car, can I use it on other vehicles or surfaces?

Besides being used by professional detailers as a tool to pre-soak a vehicle before a 2-bucket wash method to avoid scratches & swirls, the foam cannon reduces the frequency & need to reach to a soap bucket shampoo your vehicle, therefore saving more time with less effort. The foam cannon works especially well on large vehicles such as Commercial Vehicles, Trucks, Boats or even Trailers. With the right shampoo solution, you can pre-soak your vehicle & rinse as a maintenance wash if your car is not very dirty or soiled. Large international e-commerce platforms pre-schedule their shipping arrangements monthly to various countries. Shipping ETAs are dependent on various possibilities such as shipping line delays, shipping load fulfillment, custom clearance from exporting & importing country and local post delivery delays.

Maintenance Care for your foam cannon
  • For thicker foam, try filling shampoo & warm water
  • Avoid dropping foam lance

After use care

  • Empty bottle
  • Turn Foam Control Knob (black knob on top of foam cannon) anti-clockwise till the end
  • Activate trigger gun to dispense just water for approximately 1 minute

TROUBLESHOOTING

 

Incompatible Orifice, foam cannon goes into Safe Mode. Foam cannon dispenses foam in a start & stop action

  • Check pressure washer's output capacity PSi or Bar pressure.
  • Refer to the below Orifice Guide
  • Replace orifice with recommended size

Foam cannon starts & stops dispensing foam or dispenses diluted shampoo without foam after a few uses

  • This could be caused by clogging in the foam cannon system due to dried up shampoo or residue from solution
  • Clean bottle & ensure no dirt, sand or residue is visible
  • Remove Suction Tube from foam cannon.
  • Clear any residue blocking the inlet on the gravity ball
  • Ensure the suction tube is not clogged with residue or sand
  • Fill bottle with warm water
  • Activate trigger gun to dispense just water till bottle is empty
